We are committed to grappling with social issues in order to reflect our core values of inclusion and diversity. The very skills that we are fostering in children around communication, empathy, perspective building and problem solving are ones that we now need more than ever as adults and educators.

We welcome your participation in our weekly community forum and encourage you to bring your questions about what each of us can do to foster social justice and eradicate racism. As educators and as parents, we must make the time to reflect on our own identities, biases and emotional competencies in order to address and problem-solve structural and interpersonal racism.

Facilitated by Ife Lenard, MSW, EdM
